Mokave Cat

These are the cats that started my breeding program. Many of them I purchased from other breeders, observed their offspring, and then decided what changes needed to be made to improve my breeding stock.

Selective breeding for temperament and hand-raising to properly socialize my kittens have always been my first priority, which is why Mokave cats have such unique personalities!

King Buddha

Buddha was my first Snow King. He earned his Champion title when he was only nine months old. King Buddha was retired young and placed in a loving home in California.

Queen Nyah

Nyah was my first Mokave queen. She produced some lovely kittens and began my hybrid line. Queen Nyah was retired young and placed in a loving home in California.

"X"

"X" was such an odd-looking kitten, I couldn't decide whether to keep him or not. Finally, I placed him with a great couple who kept me posted on his progress. Of course, he turned out to be gorgeous as he grew up (sigh!).

"X is doing great! He actually went swimming in the pool a couple of weeks ago... I heard a splash and I saw him in the water swimming around and then he got out and shook off."
